On November 15, 1909 , the Florida Legislature passed a Concurrent Resolution which named the Orange Blossom as the state flower of Florida . One of the most fragrant flowers in the United State , the white flowers creates a great fragrant atmosphere throughout central and southern Florida during their bloom.
